I had accumulated most of the northern bird empires (suprisingly a good 5 or so) and a host of other empires. My end game strategy ceased to be accumulating wealth, and simply uniting all the bird folk of the galaxy, as if we'd been strewn out amongst the stars many years ago. Over the course of decades we expanded into the stars gathering more empires into our own while maintaining an large amount of subjects on our outskirts.
